Unable to connect world error - Affects Minecraft Multiplayer Worlds

When I try to join a world on the latest update, It would say it is unable to connect to it. All my privacy settings are set to allow. And my firewall is disabled. I can still join Minecraft Realms and Minecraft Servers. But not someone else's world.
