Disconnected.

I'm having a weird glitch where it constantly says that Iv'e been disconnected from my xbox account when I'm in a world. And even though I reconnect it stays the same. Another problem thats come with this is that when I try to join a server, none come up. It says I have 0 featured servers and 0 realms even though I am in 2 realms. My xbox tag is "Goblin Captain". Ive also tried to go on alternate accounts but still no fix, if there is a way I can fix just email me, thank you.
