The game crashes when loading too many resource packs in one world

When I activated about 9 resource packs in mone of my worlds then went to play it, during at the loading screen, it seems that the game is unable to handle all the packs then crashes.

P.s. I am uncertain if this is a bug or if my device just cannot handle all the loading packs.
