Issue buying arrows from fletching villager

When buying arrows from a level 3 fletching villager the emerald will refund back to player and the arrows return to the villager. It switchings for half a second to emerald gone plus 16 arrows then reverts to 1 emerald arrows disappear or refund. Happened when trying to load in old world on new update.
