Items stay suspended in lava

Items stay suspended in lava.

Expected behaviour:
Netherite items float to the top of lava

Actual behaviour:
Netherite items don't rise and just stay on the same y-level

Steps to reproduce:

1. Swim in lava so you're under the surface
2. Throw an item
3. Go to the surface
4. The item will stay under the surface
