Global resources failed to load previously crash

Global resources failed to load previously then the game crashes. It takes 20+ attempts to get the game to load and I have had this crash my game over 250 times. This has been an issue on 1.14 and is still an issue on 1.16.0. This has been a known issue for over 6 months and has almost made the game unplayable. This need a lot more attention and has made me change lower the rating of this game.
