Titles and Subtitles go off screen

Using the /title command for titles and subtitles, the text will go off screen instead of fitting like it used to.

Reproduce:

1. /title @p title OR subtitle
2. Type in a long sentence or enough characters so that the text goes off screen
When it used to fit on screen neatly.
