Any type of resource pack turns the Zombified Piglin into its old model

Any type of resource pack, even ones that only affect sounds change the new Zombified Piglin texture to the old Zombie Pigman model. If all resource packs are removed it's the new model, even if I have one resource pack it changes to the old model. Unless I get another resource pack that specifically adds the new model back in, I can't have the new model if I want resource packs.
