Player Menu on Nintendo Switch is not showing up !

Hello ! the player menu on Nintendo Switch is not normal! When you play on a server and go to the menu with the "+" button, and click on a player (to report hack) the interface is "buggy" there is only its skin and nothing else! Please fix this problem!
