My Bedrock version of Minecraft wont load fully.

My Bedrock version of Minecraft wont load fully.

It loads the new loading screen and then stops and the screen turns white.

I left it for 20 to 30 mins to process and it wont load.

This happend after my Minecraft updated, it loaded normally and then my laptop shut down.

When i go onto a new xbox acc and turn on minecraft it loads normally, puts a black screen and then plays music
