Music Discs Disappear after use in Jukebox

I found a new music disc so went to play it at the Jukebox, the previous disc did not eject but the new one started to play. I then went to replace the currently playing disc with another and again no disc ejected. Trying to eject the disc manually and nothing comes out. It appears discs have become consumable by jukeboxes.
