Character Creator achievement unlockables aren't unlocking

I noticed some new Character Creator cosmetics that were unlockable via achievements. I've already gotten achievements for some of the cosmetics, but they are still locked. It might be because I had gotten the achievements before 1.16.0, but I'm not sure. Is there a way to get the cosmetics that I have achievements for or will I never be able to get them? I've tried redoing achievements like "Leader of the Pack", but it didn't work.
