Maps created at 0,0 at levels 0 to 4 all have coordinate 0,0 at the map center

Previously the map centers were

1. Level 0: 0,0
2. Level 1: 64,64
3. Level 2: 192,192
4. Level 3: 448,448
5. Level 4: 960,960

but now they are all 0,0

For the next map North, the centers are:

1. Level 0: 0,-128
2. Level 1: 0,-256
3. Level 2: 0,-512
4. Level 3: 0,-1024
5. Level 4: 0,-2048

The following quote is from the Wiki:

"At zoom level 0, a map created on the point (0,0) has (0,0) at the center of the map. At higher zoom levels of the same map, the coordinate (0,0) is in the top left square of the map."
