I am using the title command and the title before the update fit on the screen. After the update the title doesn't fit the screen. I can't read the words because title is not fit to the screen.

Used command block and typed

/title @p title §3§lhi lolololol what's up. I'm a dorky person lolol

What's through dorky pops up ish. The rest gets cut off.

It's a normal command block. I used a pressure plate ontop of the darker nether brick block (not the lighter red one.) I don't think it would affect it but I'm letting you know so you can easily replicate what i did because i actually read your tips for writing a good bug feed back thing.
