Levels Lost

I  just backed up my worlds then got out of the beta and then lost all of my data in a world which i had spent over 300 hours in. Please look into this it was a very sentimental world that i cannot recreate as me and my sisters had spend over hundreds of hours in. Please Please help me with this.
