Fps Drop in Samsung J7 Refine

Hello team mojang!
I have a inssue in my Sanmaung J7 refine in the 1.16.0 and in the 1.14.60 not happend, the error us the fps drop constantly the 60 fps to 10-15 and not happended in the 1.14.60 and is so frustinh when i play in servers

The graphics when i have is normal with 8 chunks and in the 1.14.60 whit same config not happend.
