L & R Icon Brightness Broken

When you join a server with one-two bars (red and yellow), a warning pops up telling you that "you don't currently have a strong connection to the chosen server" and that "your experience may be impacted". When I hover over the 'Cancel' button, the L and R icons next to the left and right sides of the menu at the top are dark, but when I hover over the 'Join' button, they light back up while the rest of the menu is dark.
