Emotes are not appearing

I think my game crashed from applying emotes because right after I applied emotes my game crashed. After the crash all the uncommon and rare emotes were gone, all that was left were the common ones. I reloaded the game and the problem persisted. I don't really need emotes but I like the animations for them.
