Since the new 1.16 update I can no longer pay to extend my realm

Since I up graded to Version 1.16 I am not able to extend my realm or purchase the Realms plus.  The system keeps saying my device is no longer connected to the Micro Soft store but it is and I even started Minecraft from the store and it still will not let me make the purchases I need to make.  I want to purchase Realm plus but it continues to fail.
