Randomly when I am playing minecraft, my hotbar, air level, health and hunger disappears.

Ever since the 1.16 update came out, my hotbar, health, hunger and air level randomly disappears. I have to be able to see my hotbar because my durability of a tool needs to be seen when I'm fighting. I need to see my health so I know when to run away from danger and other stuff. I need to see my hunger to know when to eat and if I can or can not heal. I also need to know when I am about to drown when I am swimming. This bug is in every gamemode but mostly effects survival mode.
