My game Crash because i died by lava.

So i was playing in the nether, on my PS4, and i jump on the lava and died and it Crash my game for som reason. I experience this since yestarday but i thought it was just a simple crash but when i played today i did the same thing i jump on lava and it crash my world and didnt let me in again so i copied the world it crash and i was at the same spot which is lava and i when to survival again and try to die in lava again and it crash my game again. So can you guys please Fix this because i want to play with lava. Thanks.
