Mob spawning

Hostile mobs are spawning in high numbers, constantly and within a few blocks when I am playing. I submitted this issue and it was put to Invalid. I am not sure how to explain this without being disregarded. These mobs are spawning even inside of well lite structures i have built when that should not be happening.
