marketplace purchases not appearing on other consoles

i purchased a few texture packs and skin packs before pocket edition switched to bedrock, i can't access these on any other devices but its fine with any other things i have purchased afterwards. it not too game breaking or anything its just a bit frustrating as i have spent money on these
