Sycing user date not working, stuck on loading screen

When i go in to minecraft on xbox one, it sycing user date which after a minute or so it says failed to syce user date, and gives 2 option, i could try again sycing or play offline. And some times it just sits on the loding screen edlessly. This issue has been happing to me for the past 4 months from 1.14.60 to this neather update, gt it effects is niki minaaj   please help me resolve this issue thak u...
