Skins pack skins, layers and new emotes do not appear

the first time I saw this new version 1.16.0, nothing of the skins or emotes or layers appeared to me, the beginning I did not notice, only the skins, and the emotes did not come out for which I thought there was not yet because it was something new, then when I re-entered the game if all the options came out, sometimes when I re-enter the options it disappears, if something in the game and I re-enter then they appear but it is quite annoying annoying
