Death Bug (When you die and your corpse is inside the blocks)

When I went onto a Survival Games server, I was killed by another person, like normal, when on the death screen, I heard the bone crunching sound over and over in a loop, but I didn't even take any fall damage.
I can't show you what I mean with a screenshot.
