My screen blocked when i want to create a world/join friends/join one of my world/join servers

Hello my name is Tanya, i want to report this weird bug on minecraft pocket edition i wanted to play minecraft the new version that came out 1.16 when i went to create a new world my screen blocked i dedicated to join one of my world but the same thing happend i told on of my friend if they can go in to minecraft to join them and the did but when i pressed the join button my screen blocked again i untistaletted minecraft and then i installed back but nothing changed i restarted my Tablet but nothing happened, please fix this bug because I really want to play minecraft this makes me really upset i hope you guys can fix.🙏✨💫
