Waterlogged Piston

Waterlogged piston logic changed. And it feels not right.

how it works now:

1. Waterlog piston.
2. it spreads water.
3. you block all sides except piston head.
4. water still flowing.
5. you activate piston.
6. water not flowing. (It should flow because nothing is blocking it.)

how it should work.:

in step 6 the water should flow in active piston since there is no blocking parts that stops the flow.
