mobs with knockback bug

this is in 1.16.1 mc windows 10 edition,

i gave a husk a knockback 10 stick i got whit mcedit to test something,

the knockback applied to me when the husk hit me

but it seemed like it did just knockback 2 to other mobs like zoglins
