GrindStones attached to a block on chunk borders break when reloading

It's difficult to explain it on a summary, so here's a more in depth explanation...

 

How to replicate the bug :

1. Create an outline of a chunk border
2. On the east side of the border, place a chest with an item frame on it.
3. Place a block next to where the chest and item frame would be
4. Place a grindstone at the side of that block (It must be facing West)
5. Exit and Re-enter.
6. The blocks should be broken...

This only affects the eastern side of chunk borders. I've tried with the other sides, but only the east causes this issue.

 

Happens in all gamemodes.
