Capes appear on front of player

Capes appear on the front of the player and other players instead of the back, doesn't only affect gameplay it also happens in the skin creator. Cape still acts normal just on the wrong side of the skin. I played android when I first noticed it but it also affected me when on the xbox. I attached a photo.
