Minecraft Bedrock Edition freezing 20 seconds after launch.

I've looked everywhere on how to fix Minecraft Bedrock Edition freezing the first 20 seconds on the main menu. After that, it unfreezes for a second then freezes again. I have reset my laptop 3 times, reinstalled Minecraft 5 times, reset Minecraft SO many times, and it still freezes. I do not know if this is a bug or not, but I am 100% sure it is not my computer. I just got a new computer and it's been happening ever since I updated Minecraft. This same problem happened on my other laptop and it has never resolved itself. This has NOT happened with pocket edition so far for me and I have not seen this problem anywhere else.
