Sign in problems

@khenckel - I saw that you helped another user with the problem where users are unable to connect to each other's worlds MCPE-36190.  I'm hoping you can help me as well or perhaps forward this to a colleague who can.  My friend and I are both on Xbox Ones.

 

I'm including the questions you requested of the last user with hopes you can assist...as we are out of options at this point.  Thanks in advance if you can assist.

1. Gamertag - FennecFoxPal#798 and Death By Medic
2. The issue occurs all of the time when attempting to connect to each other's worlds.
3. Both Gamertags were able to sign in and have been in each other's worlds before.  Both users would join each other's worlds several times per week for approximately 6 months.  It's been about 4-6 weeks since they've been able to play together.

This issue is affecting my family as well.  We're on Xbox One and we're unable to connect to our friends' worlds (also Xbox One) and they're unable to connect to ours.  We had been joining without issue several times per week for about 6 months and then it just stopped working.

Both our and our friends' NAT is Open and both of us can play online without issue on other games. 

Is this an official bug?  Is there a fix for this?  Is there a time frame for the fix?
