Realms, featured server, custom servers missing

After updating to 1.16.0, Minecraft does not show any Realms, Featured Servers, or custom servers. Existing custom servers are missing; clicking "add server" does nothing. 

Do not have any network issues - can sign into Microsoft account and various networks just fine. Features working without issues prior to update.
