Mutliple portals connection to portals that belong to other portals

Every time I go into a nether portal it goes to the first active portal (in the nether) and when you go back go to the first nether portal in the overworld no matter how far away the portals are from the first ones. This bug ruins the whole point of having multiple portals and I highly suggest that you fixed this as soon possible.
