Game crashes. Cause may be the jungle

I started a new world to play 1.16 in and I spawned in the jungle. Randomly my game will completely crash and close. I think the issue is when vines break due to the source vine breaking. I seem to crash a little while after I chop down a tree. When the leaves decay and break the vines that’s when my game crashes. It also crashes when I break the vines by hand. The game doesn’t crash right away though, it crashes a little after the vines break and when I reload the game it loads me in right before I broke the vines. It may be a coincidence and the cause may not be the vines but that’s what I think the issue is. With how inconsistent the crashes are and the timing of the crash is, I couldn’t get a screenshot.
