Xbox menu freeze

Hi, when loading up minecraft for the Xbox one I get a message across the top of the screen saying ‘global resource reset. Resources failed to load previously’ the main menu then appears and the game freezes. I cannot interact with the menu at all. I have tried restarting the game and the Xbox multiple times with no luck.
