Blocks will not drop when mined

I literally can't pick up anything I mine. The item doesn't even drop when I mine anything. I've restarted my game multiple times, even uninstalled and reinstalled it. This only affects one of my worlds. The first picture is from before I mined blocks, the second is from after.
