fortnite noises replace texture packs on realms+

when i put a texture pack onto realms and when anyone uses the applied pack it replaces it with a fortnite noise texture pack and sometimes none of the textures from the original pack goes onto the server. and the pack i put on is 60.8MB but when i play the realm the option that says Download & Join says 7.3MB
