Cant log in to my Xbox account since the last few weeks.

I can't login to my Xbox account since a few weeks ago, and I'm not the only one, there are thousands of players that cannot login as well. When will you fix this issue? I had to change my VPN to solve this issue for now, but u need to solve it.
