Game is not working while cellular data is on.

What is happening mojang ??? Whenever I click on play while my cellular data is on the game hangs and after a while it says minecraft isn't responding and I have to turn off my cellular data to play and I can't access multiplayer and servers.please fix this mojang I want to play multiplayer thank you.
