The jukebox does not unlock the disk for hoppers after the song has finished.

 

It can take up to 5 minutes for the disk to unlock, after the song has finished. This prevents hoppers from taking the disk out.

This affects auto-looping jukeboxes and redstone contraptions that make use of this feature.
