[MCPE-8601] Fishing rods for people that join local server multuplayer

In multiplayer the people that joined someone elses game can't fish and the fishing rod isn't connected to the string and you can't even fish. Only the person that crated the game can fish

It works completely fine for me on local multiplayer. Are you on a leet or pocketmine server?
