Beacon Duplication Glitch with Pocket UI

What I expected to happen was...:

Only items that can be used to activate a beacon should be usable with the beacon gui open

What actually happened was...:

When tapping the item with touch ui the item will be duplicated (with the duplicate being thrown on the ground)

Steps to Reproduce:

With touch GUI, place down a beacon.
Move the item you want to dupe into your hot bar
Open up the beacon then keep tapping the item
Note the items dropped on the ground
