Pancake Cape Elytra not showing up.

It affects all the bedrock versions (Switch, Win10, XboxOne, Mobile etc.)
I do not know what versions since I only got the Pancake cape in 1.16.
When you wear an elytra with the Pancake cape equipped it doesn't register its elytra.
Ive only got pictures from Win10, but I tested it on all the other versions except for Android.
