Does not allow to equip skins in Minecraft Bedrock.

When trying to equip a skin, emote, cape, or add a new data pack the game constantly just continues to load. I do not know why but it never allows the ability to actually equip the skins that I bought. I've talked to several people and they have found the same problem. Please fix as soon as possible
