Telling me system requirements aren't met

My PC has the following:

32GB of RAM (31.8 usable)

Intel Core i9-9900k

GeForce RTX 2070 Driver Version 451.48

 

When I go to install the RTX Ray Tracing stuff from the market place it tells me I do not meet the following requirements and will not let me download the packs:

GeForce RTX 2060 or better

8GB of RAM

Intel Core i5 or equivalent
