(Realms and Servers only) Netherite Tools and Ancient Debris burns on lava/fire

Netherite Tools burns on lava/fire for Realms and servers only while Ancient Debris burns on all realms, servers, and single-player worlds. I know that there is a similar page with this issue but it doesn't say it affects the official release of the nether update.
