World's gone

So idk if this is because of my Xbox or it's an actual Minecraft thing but all my worlds from 2020 are all gone, I can't even make a new world, this could just bc of the new Xbox update reseting my Xbox but I'm worried bc I worked hard on my survival world and my rp world and now I'm sad
