Glub Glub headwear is not unlockable

I have unlocked the moskstraumen achievement back in 2019 which was meant to unlock the glub glub headwear as shown in minecon 2019 and it finally released but it still shows that it is locked for me and when i press view achievement it will not take me anywhere past the top of the achievements page
